Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

AnyVan PRO is a Business 2 Business transportation exchange where only accredited and verified companies can trade on. Using PRO’s unique, real time availability platform, carriers can both subcontract out existing work or seek new opportunities on existing journeys. AnyVan PRO’s mission is to make you more efficient.

AnyVan PRO will help all its registered members out in a number of different ways:

  • Filling spare capacity along existing routes
  • Sub contracting loads to other transporters
  • Registered within the transporter directory

All the above will make an existing business more efficient.

Registering is simple but you do have to be a registered carrier with the correct insurances in place. IC, Courier Company, Broker / Forwarder, 3PL, 4PL or a Freight Hauler.

No company will be able to use the website before the following documentation as been verified by the AnyVan PRO Team. We are striving to become Europe’s most trusted exchange so it’s important to allow only the very best carriers.

AVP operates on a monthly subscription pricing plan through a variation of different packages that suits your needs. Please call the team to discuss what would be suited to your requirements or visit our subscription page at www.anyvanpro.com/packages

AnyVanPRO has a very strict policy about which carriers are applicable to join the platform. You have to be a registered carrier with the correct insurances in place. IC, Courier Company, Broker / Forwarder, 3PL, 4PL or a Freight Hauler.

No company will be able to use the website before documentation as been verified by the AnyVan PRO Team.

We have two options to search for carriers

Search Directory – Registered carriers on AVP will have the ability to search for other carriers using our local, route and country search functionalities.

Search Future Routes – ability to search for companies making certain journeys. Carriers that are undertaking a journey can post their work schedule or select to post future routes from their ‘won’ job section.

Within ‘My Routes’ you will find a tab labelled ‘Post a Future Route’ where you will enter the following information;

  • Going From and To
  • Regular Route or One Off
  • Clearing AT
  • ETA at the destination
  • Vehicle Type
  • Driver
  • Capacity / Load Available

Posting a future route will give you the greatest chance for picking up additional loads en route. All the hard work is done after the route is posted as carriers search for you.

AVP will undoubtedly increase revenues for all carriers. AVP is an exchange where carriers can subcontract overload work, reduce empty capacity on existing journeys or simply place their companies into our real time directory.

All contracts are between the carriers themselves. AnyVan PRO purely acts as a platform to trade between businesses. You cancel a job before it is agreed but upon an agreed contract there maybe costs incurred. Please note, this is between both parties.

All payments are made directly between both parties on the agreed terms set out prior to accepting the booking. Most carriers will have payment terms set in their profile which has to be adhered to.

If any issues arise during the transaction we are happy to assist but we also have a robust feedback system where feedback can be left after each acceptance.

How do I know that AnyVan PRO members will complete a job at a satisfactory level

AVP has a very vigorous screening process when registering as we only accept registered carriers with the correct insurances in place. IC, Courier Company, Broker / Forwarder, 3PL, 4PL or a Freight Hauler.

We understand that this does not confirm the successful delivery but we have an in-built feedback system whereby feedback is left by both parties after a job is complete. We encourage you invest time researching the companies feedback prior to accepting.

When posting a job onto the website, you have the ability to only show the job to Your preferred sub-contractor list or to the whole database of members. We recommend when first choosing a company, please research the company in more detail and ask for more information if required.

Transactions are between both members. Please note that AnyVan PRO has a secure registration process but can not be responsible for the quality of work
